What I do
I will setup the technical part of your business in such a way that you will be able to scale up without worries.
Check current infrastructue
I will analyse your current infrastructure. The first goal is the make a visual mapping of it. It will be important to know if there are any critical elements in the infrastructure that can pose security risks.
Determine future needs
Together we will make projections for the future so that we can determine what the load on the infrastructure will be. We will be able to do that to analyse the current number of users and visitors. However this can also be the amount of data that is growing in the database for example.
Projects
Now that we determined the needs we can start making a plan. We will be able to start making a list of projects. These projects need to be well documented and with tasks that we can put in the backlog.
The backlog
The backlog is filled with tasks. We need to see which of these tasks have the highest priority. The task can have a high priority because it has a big impact on the business. But it can sometimes also have a high priority because it is important for the people that use the feature.
Agile Scrum
The tasks will be planned during a meeting with the product team. The tasks need to be able to fit into the sprint of for example 2 weeks.
Everyday we will discuss the tasks in the current sprint (daily stand up).
At the end of the sprint we will be able test the features to see if everything is working correctly.
End of the sprint & Deployment
When the task is working correctly we can deploy it. At the end of the sprint we will look back on the sprint (retrospective). The team seeks improvement and wonders how to optimise even more the interactions between individuals to gain in well-being and motivation, to raise product quality, and overall, to improve its productivity.

ABOUT ME
I‘ve always been passionate about technology. In 1998, I started my master‘s degree in industrial design at the Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands. During the second year, I created, in parallel to my studies, my first web design company with two friends who were following the same course.
At the end of my study, I went to France to create my second company Grafia. We worked with big brands like Clarins, CDiscount, Red Bull, Babybel and Nestlé. During this time, I did a lot of PHP, Mysql and different Javascript libraries like Angularjs and Node JS.
In 2014, I created with two Dutch friends, the company Loisirs Enchères which had a turnover of 15 million euros in 2019. At Loisirs Enchères, I worked with the team on the infrastructure and scalability. We mostly worked with PHP, Symfony framework and MySQL. We used Elasticsearch for personalisation and services like OVH and AWS for hosting. I managed a team of 10 people. I learned a lot about project management and team work.
